How do I update my billing information?

There are 3 ways to update your billing information:

a.You can call in and give your updated billing information with one our receptionists.

b.You can login to your portal and use the “add a note feature” and leave your updated payment information to your online account.

c.You can email our billing dept at: supportt@leafcreditsolutions.com with your updated billing information.

Can I use Credit Karma for my credit monitoring service?

Credit Karma is not recommended because it does not provide all three reports. In addition, it may not always provide accurate information.Although they provide a free service, we have found that it is not the best service for credit monitoring.
